5. User Content and Intellectual Property

• Your Content: You retain ownership of the original text you submit.
• AI Outputs: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we assign to you all right, title, and interest in and to the output generated by the Service based on your input.
• License to Us: You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to process your content solely to provide and improve the Service (e.g., refining HSK correction algorithms).

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purposes or to generate harmful/offensive content.
• Use the Service to engage in academic dishonesty or cheat on official HSK exams.
